Apart from providing foundational resume building services, CPI also focuses on developing a strong work ethic and refining important soft skills. Our expert coaches are dedicated to preparing participants not just for job interviews, but for long-term success in their chosen careers. CPI also takes pride in offering Trades Programs, which provide hands-on training in various professions. By providing mentorship and guidance to our participants, we aim to help them find meaningful work, transform their lives, uplift their families, and revitalize our community.

How does CPI Work?
In the Classroom
In the classroom, students will get the chance to enhance their knowledge of resume building, personal finance, and so much more. Before completing the class, each student has the opportunity to participate in mock interviews, hosted by a volunteer from our community.
On the Job
The on the Job training component of CPI allows students to gain practical hands on experience in one of our enterprises. This experience helps to build their resumes and increases their chances of finding fulfilling employment.
